Yes — every new account starts with a 10-minute conversation, no card required. If Renbi clicks, the monthly plan unlocks fair-use unlimited practice with a 40-hour soft cap and an 80-hour hard cap per month.

What's included?

Voice conversation with Yuki, transcript-backed review, and post-conversation feedback on corrections, natural phrasing, and reachable next steps.

Is there an annual plan?

Not at launch. An annual plan around $149/year may follow once monthly pricing is validated — monthly comes first so early users can try Renbi without a long commitment.

Can the price change?

Pricing is final once you subscribe. We won't change the price on existing subscribers unless we email you first.

How am I billed, and by whom?

Subscriptions are billed in USD by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment provider, who acts as our Merchant of Record. They handle cards, billing, and applicable taxes; Renbi never sees or stores your card details. The charge on your statement will reference Dodo Payments rather than Renbi.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of the paid period and renewals stop immediately. If you need help, email [email protected].
